Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide from Germany. Please make sure to enter your correct adress when ordering and keep in mind that you might have to deal wth custom fees.
What payment options do you accept?
Since I'm selling my prints & other products on Etsy/Redbubble/Society6 you can pay in various different ways: Paypal, credit card, debit card & some bank transfer services. The available payment methods will show up as you check out on the shop-sites mentioned before. Commissions on the oher hand can only be payd via Paypal.
How long until my order arrives?
That depends on the shipping destination:
Within Germany 2-4 days
Within Europe 1-2 weeks to the U.S. & anywhere else it can take 1-3 weeks
How are print orders packaged?
All orders that contain prints are hand packaged by me with a lot of care. The type of packaging depends on the order itself(size & quantity).
Usually prints are put in a protective self adhesive plastic sleeve, then placed into a rigid cardboard envelope or rolled up into a sturdy cylindrical tube. This way your order will be waterproof & protected from bending when shipped out. Any other product shipments from my Redbubble/Society6 is out of my hands.
Return/refund policy
There won’t be any refunds, exchanges or returns EXCEPT if your order gets lost or arrives damaged, in this case please contact me immediately at atinaartist@gmail.com to let me know(send me your order number & photos of the damaged package/item). I will make sure to send you a replacement. In case your order returns back to me because it got stuck in customs or you missed to accept the delivery, I will contact you right away.
What materials are you using?
(Every product has the materials listed in detail on my Etsy-shop as well as the other products on my Redbubble/Society6.)
-Materials used for original paintings usually are oil paints on acrylic primed wood panels and varnish to seal them.
-Materials used for the prints are archival pigmented Lucia inks that last up to 200 years & high quality Canon PIXMA glossy photo paper(265g/m²) .The illustrations are printed at 700dpi for maximum details.
Do prints have a white border?
Yes, all prints come with a margin that varies in size depending on the illustration's dimensions. In the right corner bellow of the margin is also where my signature is placed(I don't sign over the illustration).
Are original paintings and embellished prints getting restocked?
No, they won't. Once an original painting is sold it won't be recreated. There is always a set amount of embellished prints of a particular illustration. These prints are limited & won't be reproduced once they run out of stock. New embellished prints are announced on my social media before the release.
Do you custom print unavailable prints?
In case your preferred artwork is not available as a print(not embellished print), you can contact me at atinaartist@gmail.com and make a request. I would be ready anytime to custom print for you!
